Festival tickets will be available at our early bird rate for a limited time only, so be sure to secure your ticket early to get the best possible price!

Like last year, the event has been designed to allow upholsterers of every background to come together to share knowledge, discover new materials and techniques and to feel part of a thriving community.

We have an excellent programme lined up for you, with many exhibitors from last year’s Festival returning again, and many new faces too. A high quality programme of speakers and demonstrations has been designed to make sure you get the most out of your time at The Festival.

Our Festival of Upholstery Courses, which will be running in the days leading up to the Festival, will also be available to book on 7th May. We will be running five upholstery and furniture related courses at the nearby Fentham Hall in Solihull.

Tickets for our social evening on Friday 2nd October, where you will be able to meet old friends and make new connections, will also be available to book from 7th May.

Full details will be revealed on our website on Thursday 7th May. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you nearer the time.

We are delighted to announce that The Festival of Upholstery is set to open its doors to the upholstery community for a second time later this year. Building on last year’s hugely successful inaugural event, we hope that 2026’s Festival of Upholstery will be even bigger with more visitors expected to join us!

The two day Festival will be held on 2nd and 3rd October at the prestigious National Conference Centre in Birmingham, which is perfectly located for visitors from across the UK and beyond.

Behind the scenes, our Committee has been working hard to design an event which allows upholsterers of every background to come together to share knowledge, discover new materials and techniques and to feel part of a thriving community. Plans for this year’s programme are well underway with an exciting selection of speakers and demonstrations currently being put together. Due to a larger venue than last year, we are inviting even more exhibitors to attend the event.

Like last year’s Festival, the 2026 event will be preceded by a series of courses run in the days leading up to the Festival. We also have plans for another glittering evening social event on Friday 2nd October where you will be able to meet old friends, make new connections and celebrate the craft that brought us together.

Booking for all events will open in the Spring.
